Nautivix brings augmented intelligence to marine operations, combining AI, vision enhancement, and environmental awareness into a single, intuitive platform.
Nautivix is an AI-powered navigation and situational-awareness platform designed to enhance safety, precision, and decision-making in marine environments. It integrates real-time computer vision, smart sensor data, and augmented overlays to help marinas, resorts, captains, sailors, and water-sports users anticipate risks, understand their surroundings, and navigate with greater confidence.
The system combines advanced object detection, AI-driven alerts, weather intelligence, and multimode navigation tools into a unified, intuitive interface. Nautivix is designed to run across mobile devices, smart glasses, onboard displays, and external sensors, offering both recreational and professional users a next-generation navigation experience. Nautivix does not replace the professional. It gives the professional a better picture of what is happening.
Our model includes hardware-software integration, subscription-based intelligence layers, and expansion through marine partnerships. Nautivix aims to become the standard interface for intelligent navigation worldwide.
Nautivix is designed to reduce operational friction, improve situational awareness and help people make better decisions — creating safer, more efficient operations and better experiences that ultimately drive stronger business performance.
Problem
Marine Intelligence Is Fragmented. Operations Need Context.
Marine environments are complex, dynamic and information-intensive.
Captains, Managers, crews, resort teams, marina operators and water-sports professionals often rely on disconnected navigation systems, cameras, sensors, weather platforms and manual workflows.
Valuable information exists across these systems, but understanding the complete situation — and acting on it at the right moment — remains a challenge.
At the same time, marine operations and luxury hospitality require more than situational awareness. They demand seamless coordination, operational efficiency, informed decisions and increasingly personalized experiences.
The challenge is not simply a lack of data. It is the lack of connected, contextual intelligence.
-
Fragmented information: Critical data is spread across multiple systems and interfaces.
-
Limited situational awareness: Understanding surrounding conditions, potential hazards and operational changes can be difficult.
-
Operational complexity: Vessels, people, equipment, activities and teams must work together seamlessly.
-
Disconnected experiences: Guest expectations, staff workflows and management needs require different information at different moments.

SOLUTION
One Intelligence Layer. Every Environment. Every Role.
Nautivix is developing an AI-powered marine intelligence platform designed to connect fragmented information and transform it into contextual, actionable insights.
Powered by VIX, the platform brings together AI, computer vision, sensor data, environmental intelligence and connected systems to help people better understand their surroundings, anticipate relevant changes and make more informed decisions.
Through a hardware-agnostic architecture, Nautivix is designed to deliver the right information through mobile devices, onboard displays, audio interfaces, wearables and augmented reality.
One connected intelligence layer. Personalized to every user, operation and environment.
-
Marine Intelligence: Enhanced situational awareness, contextual alerts and decision support for captains, sailors and marine operators.
-
Operational Intelligence: Connected workflows, resource visibility and coordination across vessels, marinas, resorts and multi-activity operations.
-
Personalized Experience Intelligence: Role-based information and AI-assisted services for guests, crew, staff and management.
-
Adaptive Interfaces: Relevant information delivered through mobile, audio, AR, wearables and operational dashboards.
From Fragmented Data to Contextual Intelligence.
Nautivix is designed to complement existing systems, not replace the professionals who use them.
VIX connects the information. VIX understands the context. VIX recommends. The professional decides.

ABOUT US
Building the intelligence layer for the marine environment.
Nautivix is building a long-term AI + AR marine intelligence ecosystem designed to connect vessels, people, sensors, cameras, environmental data and operational workflows through a unified intelligence layer.
We have deliberately set a $2.5M valuation cap for this early pre-seed round to facilitate investor alignment and reduce friction at the foundation stage.
The objective of this round is not simply to build technology. It is to bring the right strategic investors and industry partners onboard, develop and validate the MVP with real marine operators, establish initial pilot deployments and build the technological and commercial foundation for long-term growth.
Open to strategic angels, industry partners & marine technology collaborators
WHY US
Deep marine domain expertise + technology-driven vision + a clear path from MVP to ecosystem.
Our founder brings 25+ years of international experience across marine operations, luxury hospitality, watersports, diving, shipping, tourism and international business, combined with direct access to marine and hospitality operators.
Nautivix combines this domain expertise with a defined product architecture, a hardware-agnostic approach, a human-in-the-loop philosophy and a roadmap from software MVP to connected AI + AR marine intelligence.
OUR VISION
A connected ocean where every marine operation can operate with greater awareness, confidence and intelligence.
From a beach resort to a megayacht, from a marina to a passenger ferry, and eventually across larger maritime ecosystems, Nautivix aims to create an intelligent layer connecting people, vessels, activities, equipment and the environment.
Nautivix sees more.
VIX connects the information.
VIX understands the context.
VIX recommends.
The professional decides.
INVESTOR OPPORTUNITY
An early-stage opportunity to help build the next intelligence layer for the marine environment.
The current round is designed to fund the transition from concept and prototype → working MVP → real-world pilots → initial commercial validation, while establishing the technology, partnerships and operational foundation for future scale.
We are particularly interested in investors and strategic partners who can contribute not only capital, but also industry access, technology expertise, operational knowledge and commercial relationships.

ENRIQUE PISANI
Founder & Project Lead of Nautivix
I am a maritime and hospitality professional with over 25 years of international experience across the nautical, tourism and marine services industries. Indeed, I have been immersed in the water and boating world since birth. Entrepreneur. Investor. Adventurer by nature.
Lived and worked in/with the most relevant marine hubs worldwide — including Monaco, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, Malta, UAE, Qatar, Singapore, Maldives, also in Caribbean and South America — building a strong network of contacts and partners in leading marinas, resorts and yacht clubs.
I am also a Pro Skipper, PADI OWSI + Specialties, EFR Instructor and multi-discipline watersports instructor (sailing, parasailing, kite, wakeboard, wakesurf, waterskiing, surf, SUP, with other aquatic sports and e-toys), with a deep understanding of day-to-day operations: luxury resorts & marina management, yachting services, charter, logistics, nautical tourism and guest experience. My background at the Buenos Aires Herald added valuable knowledge in shipping, world trade, port operations, customs, maritime regulations, international Media New/journalism, sales, pr, events, bureaucracy, and much more.
Combining this unique mix of field expertise, luxury hospitality experience and international business development, my focus with Nautivix is to create a modern, intelligent platform that simplifies and elevates the global nautical experience — connecting users, marinas, resorts, service providers and destinations in a more efficient, transparent and professional way.
